The composition of porcelain is highly variable, but the clay mineral kaolinite is often a raw material. Other raw materials can include feldspar, ball clay, glass, bone ash, steatite, quartz, petuntse and alabaster.

We love making mugs just for you. Once we receive your design work, we add you to our art wait list. You will typically receive an art proof in 2-3 weeks. Production on the order will not begin until both the design and mug order are approved and the prepayment is received. Mug production averages around 10-12 weeks.

Does your company make donations?
The Deneen family loves making charitable donations. Each year at their 4QTR board meeting they review the candidates who received donations from the previous year and discuss what organization they will work with in the coming year. How do I pay for my mugs?
First time orders are pre-pay. Following orders are charged when shipped. We prefer credit card payment and your card number to be attached to your account.
How long can I expect to get the sample?
After you pay the sample charge and send us confirmed files, the samples will be ready for delivery in 6-8 days. The samples will be sent to you via express and arrive in 3-5 workdays.

Bone china is a type of porcelain that is composed of bone ash, feldspathic material, and kaolin. It has been defined as "ware with a translucent body" containing a minimum of 30% of phosphate derived from animal bone and calculated calcium phosphate.
